Libby is a Clinical Psychologist with a person-centred, non-judgmental and compassionate and trauma aware therapeutic approach based on a theoretical framework of attachment and polyvagal theories.
nLibby has specific perinatal mental health training, including bereavement care after pregnancy or infant loss, compassion-focused approach to birth trauma and perinatal non-directive counselling.
nHer holistic approach draws on these trainings and others, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and EFT /Tapping to complement her clinical practice.
